Legend of Himiko

Legend of Himiko is another interesting story because of its unique mash up of genre's and strong female leads.  Although the story is complete and all of the loose ends are tied off there are a number of secondary characters that play significant roles but we don't know much about them.  I think that takes away from the stories overall completeness.

The art of Legend of Himiko is clean and the animation is smooth.  The designs and colors are an older style but interesting nonetheless.

The character development is fairly shallow overall, which is a bit disappointing.  However, the conflicts are interesting as the characters fight against zombies, through exploding volcanoes while wielding swords and magic.

I give Legend of Himiko a 3 out of 5 because of it's interesting and complete story.
